How to prepare for IELTS....

Hai friends you are studying this page means you are peparing  seriously for IELTS .Here are some of the steps that foe How to make a one week speed plan for chasing the IELTS .I hope this may be very helpful for u .
Whether you are a first-time IELTS taker or someone that needs to resit the exam, this document can provide some direction  regarding how to prepare effectively.
Before we start , it is important to remember that the IELTS is a language proficiency exam, and thus preparing for it goes beyond simply reading a few textbooks and watching a few YouTube videos. You will see the word “actively” on this page several times. This word is used to highlight the importance of taking initiative in your studies and documenting your progression as your language  not to let yourself confuse passive study approaches (i.e. half-listening to news channel reports while seeing out throught bus window) with active study approaches (i.e. listening to a BBC podcast episode more than once and  making reviews or commenting on them  all new language items you hear).

Steps to be followed :

1.Start with searching the web. There you will find a lot of information about the test, e.g. the test format, how many sections it has, etc.

2.Buy the recent books about IELTS such as "EXAMINATION PAPERS CAMBRIDGE IELTS" so that you can practice by yourself. If you learn well in a group, YouTube and Facebook can help you in this case. Like the pages (Facebook) and subscribe to the channels (YouTube) related to IELTS.

3.Try to find out your weak points and start working on them (e.g.if you are not so strong in the writing section then you should start with this and eventually you will like it), or if you have difficulties in the speaking section then start to talk and think in English, as there is no better way to learn speaking.

4.Start reading newspapers, journals and articles and you should be well informed about the current issues used for the speaking and writing topics. You can discuss those issues with your friends in English as that'll help you to prepare better for both sections-2.

5.Choose an achievable goal. To obtain a satisfactory IELTS Band Score, it is necessary to be realistic. Your skill and dedication must match your overall goal for English proficiency. It is important to know what an IELTS score in any of the Sub-tests means before you set yourself a goal.

6.Increase your personal speed. In the IELTS, time is your enemy. Candidates who have taken the test and did not perform as well as they had hoped often complain that they were unable to give all the answers in the Listening Test because the tape was too fast, and that they ran out of time in the Reading Test.

7.Listen to the BBC and CNN, or watch British movies, shows and music.Spend 30 minutes on listening to the BBC news every day if you are not a native speaker.

8.Practice, practice, practice. Set aside the most hours you can spare each day to practise English for all four Subtests. Do not concentrate only on your weakest areas. Be regular in your practice, and give yourself a rest between tasks. Take at least one day out of your week to rest and forget the test completely. The secret of success is to work towards your goal slowly, steadily and regularly. It is best not to leave any long intervals between your practice and your test.

In addition to knowing what topics are currently trending in IELTS, you should be familiar with how each section of the exam is graded. Your Listening and Reading levels are established by converting the number of questions you.
